Another way to deal with all of your anguish, anger and hurt is by journaling and writing everything out. Keep a memoir of your troubles. It’s a way of getting everything out of your head and onto paper.
Expressing your feelings in any way are a good means to deal with and heal emotional trauma. Finding someone to listen, confide in and get support from may not be easy, but there are people out there willing to help.
Be careful who you confide in. Start small, test the boundaries and slowly get to know them.
Trust is a hard thing to do when you’ve been hurt, but there are good people in the world, you just have to be willing to go look for them.
The only way to heal from any experience you’ve ever had, is to be in the moment and go through it. What you’re doing is learning as you go.
As time passes you retain the memories of the experience and can use this knowledge to help others who have gone through similar experiences.
We can learn from the stories and experiences of others and use the knowledge as a tool to help others too.
It’s time for you to take some risks and help others to heal from their experiences. Listen to others and if you find someone in need, lend a helping hand if you know what they’re going through.

The overall story for the week looks quite trying.
From the mental perspective, we seem to start off the week feeling a little anxious because of a certain situation we find ourselves in.
It could be to do with a decision we need to make soon, but the best way to deal with this is to be a little patient with ourselves and take the time to mull things over.
Don’t get too caught up in your head though. You still need to be able to focus on the present and get things done. Be present for family and friends.
The day to day grind sees us feeling quite content and comfortable with our place in the world.
But, with this comfort comes risk. This complacency may lead us to ignore the future and what it may hold.
The future is hidden from is and nothing is secured. What could there be happening in the not too distant future. Are we prepared? Do we have plans in place if things go pear shaped?
There is an energy however of the need to get stuff done this week So get stuck in, get things moving, take control of your situation and do what needs to be done.
On the subconscious level, there’s a lot of anguish that you’re bottling up and preventing from spilling over. Just remember, bottling your emotions up in a bottle eventually leads to an eruption.
The best thing you can do, is find someone to confide in, get everything out. You can turn to anyone you trust.
If you’re not comfortable letting others know about your deepest hurts, then at least get everything down on paper.
You need to vent and get it out your system. If you don’t you’ll end up lashing out or worse.
Take time for yourself. Be patient with yourself and use any knowledge you’ve got from past experiences to reach out and help someone else going through the same thing you’ve been through.
Remember, the past and future don’t exist right now.
Be present, look for the good in others, find a positive view on the present moment and learn to have some fun. Polish that humour and find the finnier side of things in everyday situations.
